Pictures. If you provide a valid email address other than "hotmail" under normal circumstances I can and more than willing to take pictures of your puppy on a weekly basis, provided my regular job doesn't interfere and again as stated I have been provide a good email address. Example of some emails that I don't have problems sending pictures to in the past have been AOL and Yahoo. Most of these companies allow you to set up "free" email accounts.

Picking up your puppy. We require that you pick up your puppy. We do not deliver. Just give us a call and let us know in advance. This way we know to be at home so you can pick up your new puppy. Our telephone numbers are: Mobile: 0170-535-7533 or 0170-8681653. Home: 09334-979695 and Fax: 09334-978437.

Shots and records. All of our puppies are given their first set of shots at six weeks of age, and every two weeks thereafter until twelve weeks of age (if still in our possession). If picked up or shipped at ten weeks we will give the third shot to provide that extra protection. A complete record of their shot history will be furnished to the new owners. All of our puppies are de-wormed regularly.

International Shipping. We do ship out of country, however we will not release or ship puppies until they are 10 weeks or older. Before shipping we will expect payment in full. Here is the break down on your costs:  Shipping crate $25.00. Health Certificate $25.00 and tickets for airfare must be determined when we know where the puppy is being shipped. We use a profession Pet Carrier Service that works out of the Frankfurt, Germany Flughaven (Airport). This company is very reasonable in its rates and is a well established firm in the business of shipping animals. They have been in business for well over 35 years.  An example cost for two mini-Dackel puppies in one crate ran about $150-$200 dollars traveling to Chicago, IL.

International Health Certificate. One must keep in mind that once a puppy attains the age of 12 weeks he must by law be given his rabies vaccination. Once this occurs he can not be shipped until four weeks have passed. So the earliest that he could be shipped is after 16 weeks of age. Before shipment, we take the puppy to the vet, where he or she is given a complete examination and then the International Health Certificate is given. The puppy then must be shipped within ten calendar days of the date of the International Health Certificate.

Picking up the puppy from the airlines/customs. If you do your homework prior to the arrival of you new puppy it will make getting him less frustrating for you and him. When I went to the Frankfurt Airport to pick up my first puppy, I went with very little information. The only thing I did do right was bring a copy of the International Health Certificate that had been faxed to me and brought plenty of what I joking call bribe money. I had to pay the vet services office who conducted another examination, custom fees, food and drinks for while we waited. So after four hours of driving around in circles going from this building to get this form stamped and signed by this agency, then drive to another office to pay custom fees, and then back to the holding area. Then the wait until the paperwork is processed. Now that was my first experience. After that I knew where to go, what to expect and planned accordingly. Now I can say that when it comes to shipping into the United States it may be different than it was in Germany. (Germans love paperwork and stamps). One lady purchased two beautiful miniature dachshunds and had them shipped into Chicago. She went prepared to wait. She said she was in and out with the puppies within twenty minutes. Another case, we shipped a French Bulldog (Emil) to the great state of Maine and Mrs. Johnson later told me the trails and tribulations of her ordeal. I tell you this so you can be informed and that you do your homework.
